Design Workflow
I began with desk research to gain a deeper understanding of the users and their needs. This was followed by mapping out the user flow and identifying key tasks to enhance the product search and discovery experience. I then analyzed the existing designs to evaluate their impact on business metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement. Based on these insights, I moved into the ideation phase, exploring various design solutions. Next, I structured the information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation. Finally, I crafted the high-fidelity designs and developed an interactive prototype to bring the enhanced user experience to life.
Things I have learned from this project
